I haven't, as once I'm in I stay put, don't even leave for beer or the toilet most times.

But cellphones can at least point you in the right direction. I see people coming and going all the time and friends finding each other and meeting up, so it can be done, especially if its not at the eleventh hour where everyone is packed in like sardines.

Yeah, I don't leave either, but everytime friends or my girl have left my side (usually first/second row, dead center, to be honest) getting back has been real tough for them. I even have had to leave my spot in the first row because my girl was just unable to get back there after going for a beer, and I was the one who had to find her in the middle of the field. It was a nightmare, I can tell you (and it wasn't even a stadium, but an arena!).

Nevertheless I guess it depends on several factors: the time, as you say, and also the venue and the kind of audience and band.

It also depends on where you need to be. I don't need to be in the thick of things against the stage anymore these days. I linger about 20-25 rows and roam from end-to-end and take in all the sights and sounds... when I hit the sound sweet spot, I put the legs in park and camp for awhile...

Yeah, I did that in the IE tour with Remy and we were soooo happy about it. But you can hardly beat the charm of having the soundtrack of your life 1.5 meters away...

And the charm of Bruno's sweaty armpit jumping up and down!

As always, I'll play it be ear and be opportunistic!

Sorry to hear about a possible scam but if you're looking to get rid of a spare London 1 GA I'll happily have it
