I wouldn't be too worried by now. That sentence is 3 months old and nothing happened yet. I don't expect any changes for the rest of the year. Also, if you read the latest news on rapidshare.com, that doesn't read like they're planning to close in the near future. Plenty of time to think about an alternative/keeping things as they are right now.
